• The Veterans Service Transportation department provides rides to the  following locations with a three business day (72 HRS) advance notice:
  • All VA medical facilities within 50 miles of Delaware County
  • All VA referral appointments to physicians outside of VA facilities 

• On extended scheduling the below transportation services are offered:
  • Veteran Medical appointments (non-VA)
  • Life enrichment activities offered by Source Point and other agencies
  • Local Delaware County necessity trips

• Transportation services are reserved for veterans of Delaware County who have no other means of transportation, or are unable to operate a vehicle due to medical reasons.
• Overflow scheduling requests will be provided by the Delaware County Transit Bus system 

• Bus Passes (Delaware County Transit) are available to all Veterans
